According to wikipedia, it’s a black dog that has solitary ways and leads people astray, which is a pretty apt description of my blog, no? But don’t worry, I am the benevolent kind. I first learned of it when reading Jane Eyre, and it came in handy for rereads when I wanted to get to the good part (when Rochester first appears).
